It is our aim to ensure that the recruitment process in China is as straightforward as it would be in our clients' country of origin.
We understand that with a job market as large as that in China, it can be difficult to know who the right candidates are and where you should be looking. Our office network ensures we're physically present in the Chinese market but also where our clients do business, ensuring clients and candidates receive the highest levels of real service.

We can carry out the selection and recruitment process on behalf of our client, providing them with translations of the appropriate applications. We also assist our clients in coordinating the final stages of the employee selection process and our English-speaking staff can assist with any translation requirements.
We appreciate that our clients may not be aware of the human resource regulatory issues in China and we can provide advice on these aspects and, where required, we can assist our clients in procuring more in-depth employment law advice.
